Willing my last Alias download to JUST FINISH ALREADY so I can head out, leaving my beautiful LAN connection behind. **sniff** I suppose I should be glad to give up high-speed for a chance to get the heck out of the 'burg for a week.

In the meanwhile, I imagine I'm on the short bus about this, but I just found this hilarious Alias spoof ('The Lost Episode') on Alias-media. It's a spot-on sendup of the typical first season ep of Alias. So funny. The only thing is there's no sign of Jack in it, but otherwise, it's comedy gold. Especially that last bit with Francie. The guy playing Sydney has all her little expressions down; it's priceless ^_^

"It took fifteen agents two days to comb a landfill for your deaddrop. And all you wrote was SYDNEY + VAUGHN 4EVAH?"
"That's...that's not mine. I didn't write that."

Yay for a three and a half hour drive! **waves**

I know I'm a bit late, but thanks for sharing The Lost Episode. Absolutely hilarious, it gave me a serious flashback. I watched most of season 1 and I stopped some time during season 2, so this episode looks exactly as I remember Alias :D.

And some Yello music at the end doesn't hurt either :).

Heh, you're welcome ^_^ Glad to share a little bit of the oh so formulaic love ^_~

I'm almost always amazed how much love and energy people invest to show their affection for movies and TV shows, with sometimes really beautiful results (http://www.livejournal.com/users/ayrdaomei/97742.html) :).

The best thing about viewing your icons was that I saw Mía Maestro. Now I think that it wasn't such a good idea to stop watching the show ;).

Please allow me a technical question. I know that the question might be a bit tricky, but neither you icon post, nor your latest entry showed up on my friends-view. I only saw them when went to your journal to reply to your older entry. If it's just me, then it's perfectly all right, but if it's your whole flist perhaps you might want to look into it (assuming that it's not for some reason intentional).

Quite honestly, Mia has been a much needed breath of fresh air on Alias this season. I'm pretty sure the development of her relationship with Sydney is the only reason I'm still watching. Also she's quite gorgeous. Which you knew already :-P

I only saw them when went to your journal to reply to your older entry.

Hmm. Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that I changed the timestamp on both of those entries. I reposted the latest entry this morning; lemme know if you can see it?

Yes, I knew, but it's always good to get a second opinion :P.

I'm quite sure that it had something to do with changing the timestamp. I believe I read somewhere that that prohibits the appearance of the entry on the flist.

D'oh! Well, that's definitely good to know. I do it all the time with icon posts since it takes me a while to set the post up. Note to self....

Thanks for the head's up! ^_^

You're welcome :).

FAQ 91 (http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=91) and FAQ 92 (http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=92) seem to deal with the subject (those are the links for the German FAQ version, but I hope that you automatically get the English one). Maybe you want to have a look.

**slaps forehead** I had no idea. I'll just be avoiding that function from now on, thank you very much.
