So here's a question for you. How many icons of themselves must a person have before you decide "Nah, I don't think I'll be friending your ass"? Maybe I'm the only one who has that hangup. I don't even know what it is I think it says about a person to have 5 or 6 icons of one's self. I just know it translates into one not getting friended.

Then again, maybe if I weren't so damn selective, I wouldn't be so damn bored right now. **refreshes f-list which has moved like, once, in the past 9 hours**

Anyway. Bored.

Emiliana Torrini - Sunny Road
I know that night - so long long time ago / will you still meet me on the sunny road?

This song totally makes me think of Jesse and Celine.

Nina Simone - Plain Gold Ring
Plain gold ring on his finger he wore / It was where everyone could see / He belonged to someone, but not me

Gary Allan - Loving You Against My Will
I don't want to feel your heartbeat / I don't want to taste your kiss / I don't want to call your name, I don't want to call your name / I don't want to want you like this / I'm loving you, loving you against my will...

God, his voice? Makes me all warm in my stomach. After two years of law school hell in Virginia, no way should a southern accent still get that kind of reaction out of me, but it does.

Allure feat. 112 - All Cried Out
you were the one who left me neglected / apology not accepted, add me to the broken hearts you've collected

Celine Dion - It's All Coming Back To Me Now
I banished every memory you and I had ever made.... / but when you touch me like this / when you hold me like that / I just have to admit that it's all coming back to me

Dude, I fucking love this song. And I don't care who knows it.

Nancy Ajram - Ah w Noss
Um, rough translation: Darling, come closer / take a look, take a look / are you upset with me? be upset by half, by half / or I'll have to distance myself from you / and you'll be the one who loses out / there is no one who can come between us like that / you know you are my only

Look, it sounds better in arabic, what can I say? :-P

Lisa Lisa & Cult Jam - Crush On You
When I worked at Sears, back in highschool? They played this song like 9 times a day. And for some reason, it took me forever to register that it wasn't something that was currently out and on the charts. For like a month and a half, I wondered why the only place I ever heard this song was at work. Cause I'm an idiot. Especially considering the fact this song could not sound any more 80s if they'd gotten Sheena Easton to do a guest solo.

Meatloaf - I'd Lie For You (And That's The Truth)
You know, at the risk of being a heretic, I actually prefer this duet to I Would Do Anything For Love (But I Won't Do That).
