I just realized my Milk Moon order came in yesterday. (It was hidden under my new stuff from Netflix and 80 notices about consolidating my loans.) Frimps of Endymion, Arcana, Baron Samedi, and Hemlock. Hemlock is Belladonna green, and that scares me, and Endymion and Arcana both have floral notes, so that doesn't bode well, but they were FREE, so whoo. To the swaps with ya, dearies.

Oooh, well, for now, can I place dibs on Snake Oil (isn't it sad how you can read a description and know the notes won't work on you, but you hear so much talk you just have to try it regardless?) and Temple of Dreams? I'll check back as you update.

Fine by me - just so you know, Silk Road is full just to the label, cause I've tried it twice. Cool? And I added Kumiho and Goneril to my swap pile last night.

Can we keep this swap open for add-ons as you go through your newest imps and add to your swap-list? I could get the Silk and Scarecrow out tomorrow morning, but if you're gonna be putting more stuff up for swap, I'd just as soon wait to see what else we can agree on and I can mail my end next Friday.

I added a Spooky decant (but from that lady that might dilute -- I didn't know when I bought it!), Blood Pearl and Malice to my swap pile. Blood Pearl does this weird thing where smelling it in the imp makes me want to hump it (and no, it's unhumped, you're safe) but on me it becomes Eau de Dr Pepper.

I think the Tarot decants are okay, but I'm suspicious about Spooky -- I've worked with carrier oils before and that one's oddly redolent of one that's about to go off. I might end up getting another imp of Spooky to try for that reason.

And, La Petit Mort would be great for Blood Pearl.

Cathode and Yggdrasil did not make Round Eleventy Umpteen of cuts (R'lyeh won out -- oh, evil grapefruit!) and are now on the swap pile too.

FYI, my current "maybe" pile of imps that are here is Voodoo, Antony, Titus Andronicus (though that one's a bit low), the Caterpillar and Jabberwocky. I foresee keeping Jabberwocky because IIRC it makes me want to have a long, sensitive, surreal conversation with my arm (though it wears off fast) but the jury's out on the others.

My LPM was sent to me as an extra in a swap, so it's only, I'd say 70% full? I just noticed now that it's a bit further below the label than anything I usually like to swap. I have a handful of partials of Dublin laying about, and I no longer need them since I got my big bottle. I can send you one of those to make up the difference in the LPM, or you can let me know if you'd rather a fuller imp of something else.

Titus is yours if you want it -- it's doing an Eau de Pepsi thing similar to Blood Pearl's Eau de Dr Pepper. But it smells yummy in the imp. It's a bit low, just at or maybe v. slightly below the top of the label, if that's okay. (I have half an imp of Queen Gertrude if you want to try that one, maybe.)

I had a bottle of that, which I ended up imping away in swaps because it didn't last more than an hour on me :( You should hold onto it for something you really like, if you decide to swap, it's a pretty popular scent.

**laughs** Sorry, none of that :-P I've long since passed it on. I was very lucky, because I wanted to try it and it's so rarely available, and then cricketshay actually sent me one as an extra in a swap! Totally made my week. I think the only Dragon oils I've hung onto though are Dragon's Heart and Dragon's Tears.

I ordered it from jola, and it wasn't packaged particularly well -- the bubble-wrapped imps were in what looked like a greeting card envelope, and they tore their way free through untaped seams. So I'm begging some folks on the forum (who don't like replying to PMs, it seems) and if all else fails gonna order it with my Carnaval order.

Actually, I get asked that a lot :-P I don't hate it, and I do enjoy the learning and theory and analysis and all, but it's a little stressful. I think I maybe would have been happier at a different school, but as for law school itself, which just one uneven year under my belt, I think I can say yes, I like it. (Famous last words.)
