+ Contracts is DONE! Felt really good coming out of it. So did everyone else, if the uber relaxed atmosphere in the lobby is anything to tell by. Damn the curve! Ah well, taking a bit of a break to mail some packages and then it's down to Property.
+ Over the past week or so, I've done an flist cut (these always seem to come timed around exams, you notice that?). As ever, no tears ^_~ I've posted friends-only like twice in my time on lj.
+ So, I woke up this morning and it occurred to me that in the past month, with the stress of exams, I've been engaging in more than a bit of retail therapy. Mostly in the form of BPAL bottles. bottles of All Saints, Anubis, Baku, Baobhan Sith, Belladonna, Corazon, Chiroptera, The Dormouse, Egg Nog, Leanan Sidhe, Sudha Segara, and Three Witches. And there are the bottles of Beltane and Milk Moon on their way. Which is completely insane. I mean, this is on top of the impage. I found myself thinking "Oh, I'm gonna need a bigger BPAL box..." **thwaps self upside the head** Um, no, what you need is to have less BPAL, silly girl.
+ Last night's game sucked. Especially since I had just watched STL score a million runs in the ninth to win on ESPN. Meanwhile, we load the bases in the bottom of the 11th and Larry Robert Bigbie strikes out on like three pitches. WHO DOES THAT?
+ Meanwhile, the Yankees are freaking out. Heh.
+ I'm extraordinarily hungry. I think I need to seek out food on this mail run.

I hate the Fucking Cardinals. But inning was impressive as hell.

Yeah. Is it just me? Or are they doing the 'manly-man' equivalent of a girl who got back from the stylist thinking she looked great, had half of her hair fall out overnight due to chemical overload, and subsequently ran around the apartment doing ANYTHING to make it work.
"OMGOMGOMG! Will mayonnaise work? NO! I SMELL LIKE MAYO! Maybe some shampoo? SHIT! HALF MY REMAINING HAIR IS IN THE DRAIN! *much waving of hands and cursing of stylist* I'LL NEVER GO TO PROM AND I'LL NEVER GO TO CLASS EVER EVER AGAIN!"
Then she puts on a hat, but everyone can tell her hair sucks. Because she's the Yankees and we love it when shit like that happens to the Yankees.

So, like, it's the ninth? And Cinci's up by a bajillion? And most of the fans have gone home? And then Min goes to smoke and suddenly Cinci's just hanging on by a thread!
Yes! It was so weird because I definitely didn't feel the rally happening. I guess since they were on the road, and like you said, most everyone had gone home. It was more like, "Wow, this bullpen sucks. But they just need one more out..." And then it was 10-9 STL and Graves and I both have this look on our faces like "What the hell just happened?"
