I made fava falafel for the first time the other night, as chronicled in my recent, overlong LJ post. That's why I'm asking.

I liked it, maybe more than the chickpea kind, but it was a much bigger pain in the ass working with dried fava than with chickpea, and I don't know that I liked it that much more.
