(in the dark) the shine of small things

Because she lives to bug me about stuff I spend money on, honestly. She was all, it cost too much (the packs of 10 were on sale, 3 packages of 10 for $5, but that's "too much"), the juice has too many calories (law school anxieties dropped me to below 130 for the first time in ages, and she has appointed herself guardian of my new weight), she bought me expensive juice (cranberry and grapefruit) and I went and bought this, and so on, and so forth :P
