It was really sweet of them. He played a few years with their organization, but just a few. I thought it was very classy gesture. Stupid Yankees always doing classy things that make me not hate them.

ahaha. That would be Suzyn Waldman, affectionately (or not so affectionately) known to my fellow BoBC-ers as Slooze. She used to be the post-game interviewer/analyst, but when Charlie Steiner bolted she took over as the radio color announcer. She always asked the most inane questions (and wore the most hideous outfits, which we had lots of fun making fun of), but she was head and shoulders above the new gal, Kim Jones. One of these days one of the players is going to try and slap some sense into her, I know it.
