Looks like I picked the wrong week to quit amphetamines

Last thing I hear before I get out of my car and head for the subway is Peter Gammons, on Mike & Mike intoning "I'm really worried about this Brian Roberts thing...with his shoulder."

Fuck me. THANKS PETER. I had pretty much convinced myself that this whole MRI business was just Mazz being uber-precautionary.

Now I have all day to be distracted by this, and we're supposed to get our first cases in an hour. I suppose I'll just comfort myself with how very often Peter Gammons doesn't know what the hell he's talking about.

In other news, if we could not play Boston again until, like, October September, that would be fabulous.
