Also, apparently Javy doesn't want to be traded after all. I'm sure he had his change of heart right around the time he noticed NO ONE WANTS HIS ASS. Orioles came to terms with Luis Matos, which apparently just leaves B-Rob and Rodrigo Lopez pending arbitration. I love how back assward our FO is. Yeah, handle those two guys last. Good plan. My dad says his friend at work who normally hooks me up with his extra season tickets asked after me. Wanted to know if there are any games I want tickets for this summer. I told him no. See? WILL OF STEEL, people. Yeeeeup.

:-/ For the first time in a long while I'm not just frustrated with the ownership, or the front office - I'm really rather fed up and disgusted with the entire organization. My dad used to laugh at me for spending money on Orioles tickets, used to say all I was doing was putting $$ in the pockets of an owner who didn't give a shit, but I didn't really care, because I wanted to go out and support the guys on the field, even though Angelos and the front office were entirely dysfunctional. But this has been a pretty rough offseason for me. Miggy with his flipflopping, only one current player classy enough to show up at Elrod's memorial service, and then Javy running his mouth... I'm just really kinda disgusted with everyone not named Melvin Mora. I'll settle for following them on tv. Maybe catch one of the O's/Nats games in DC. Maybe it'll pass, but for right now, I have next to zero desire to publically support them.

Not from lack of interest, but I have decided *not* to request the day Cardinals tickets go on sale off work (Damn, I get a lump in my throat when I say that) though I'd planned to originally.

I need to make sure that, other than the KC/StL games which of course I have to see, I don't try and attend too many games. I also need to make sure I don't buy the best seats possible because really $60 a ticket is something I. cannot. afford.

Still hoping to go on holidays though - like Cards/Astros on Memorial Day and Royals/Yankees on Labor Day. But other than *that* I'm definitely going to try and stick to seeing my boys on the telly.

Aw boys. We'll be together again someday. I'm doing this all for you, really. In 9-10 years I can afford season tickets.

You know how sometimes I request a song and you find it because you're amazing? There's an incredibly hard to find Rjd2 remix: Ghostwriter (Cat Gut Remix). There's a much more common remix out there, and I can't find any that aren't the common one.

If you can find this, I owe you BIG time.
