Garth, in his continuing quest to bankrupt me, has released a Wal-Mart exclusive limited edition set for the holidays that includes a new cd (The Lost Sessions) and a dvd with 90 minutes of interviews, videos and live performances. Because I am a loser, I have no problem spending $25 on this set, but here's the thing:
The set also comes with Sevens, Garth Brooks: Double Live, and Scarecrow. And I already own all those cds. Because I own all Garth's cds, with the exception of the Christmas cd, because I only went there for Mariah, sorry.
Anyhoo, I don't need double copies (or in the case of Sevens, a third copy) of cds I already own. So, if you're a country fan, or a Garth fan, and you don't own one of thosethree two*, and you'd like to, you're welcome to the copy that comes with the set I'm gonna buy. I'm happy to stick it in a cd bubble mailer and send it your way, all I ask is that you cover the price of shipping, so let's say $2? If you'd be interested, feel free to email me (ayrdaomei AT livejournal DOT com) and we can exchange mailing info and paypal details and the like.
*ETA:
Double Live is spoken for.

Hey, if you have a minute, will you take this poll (http://www.livejournal.com/users/lilysaid/200398.html?#cutid1) on Band slash for [Bad username or site: lilysaid / @ livejournal.com]? She's writing a paper for one of her classes on the topic ^_~

Might as well answer your other comment while I'm here, I suppose!. I don't always download all the songs you post, but sometimes I do. It's not a big deal to download them separately, but if you wanted to save the bandwidth or something, I'd certainly use the zip.
My taste in music is pretty varied. Country is about the only thing I don't listen to. I am enjoying the latest Fall Out Boy and I just bought Aqualung, which I love, and I bust out some Beatles at least once a day. Robbie Williams is probably my biggest guilty pleasure. And I listen to a lot of classical music and movie scores, usually while I'm reading or writing or doing homework.

Oh dear. Remember what I said about trusting your taste? Haha I kid. Sort of. :D

Re: NOT WALMART
But it's a Wal-Mart exclusive. I have no choice! Because in the end, Garth wins out :-P
(Also, my glasses broke this morning and the nice woman at the Wal-Mart vision center fixed them, at no charge :-P)

But no, I don't have the Love Jones soundtrack, sorry. I've never even seen it :-P

You should see Love Jones -- I think you'd like it. Nia Long -- Lorenz Tate....
