Haha, I know, right? It's so very random. I stopped watching mid-first season, but I checked out wikipedia after the second season finale and had to reread that part a couple of times for it to make sense.
Oh lord, The Black Cauldron. I was obsessed with those books when I was little, and I remember being so excited that Disney was releasing it. And then I watched it and was absolutely disgusted. Even at the age of 10 I was like "What the hell did they do to the book?"
Sure, I was little unsure about a story involving a clairvoyant pig
If it's any consolation, the books are good in a My First Lord of the Rings/King Arthur/Welsh Mythology sort of way.
