I really think that's the sun because Matt Morris's hair looked the same in another shot, and he's not gray. But maybe it's wishful thinking on my part ^_~

Oh come on, the grayness adds character! He can be old-man-sexy like Sean Connery.

I did see the bmoreorioles post, and I'd be very happy if he'd stand up straight just once. It's nice that he's clean-shaven, as it'll probably be the only time all year that he is.
