I had the exact opposite reaction. Prison Break was a little low on action but high on actual emotional content. The end was a little bit of "Damn it, that's not what I was promised here," but it was good. 24 had one of the episodes where you could watch the first five minutes and the last ten and completely fill in everything in between if you'd ever seen an episode of the show before. Of course, the last minute is jawdropping, but isn't that always the way?
