The talk radio station I listen to on the way to work has dumped Imus In The Morning for some guy named Mancow/Madcow. I hate when radio stations just change programming with no warning or explanation. (See same radio station abruptly going from Mike & Mike In The Morning to Imus, and/or local r&b station dumping the Tom Joyner morning show for the Steve Harvey morning show and/or the lame local top 40 station going from Jack and Karen in the morning to just Karen in the morning.) Would it kill them to put a blurb on their site, or something?

I scanned the dial, and everything else on the radio while I'm driving to work sucks. I'd listen to NPR's Morning Edition, but since our alarm goes off in the morning to NPR's Morning Edition, I'd just end up hearing the same stories over again.

I am MOST displeased.

In other news that is less of the suck, after years of price hikes, MLB.tv is apparently LOWERING its package prices by $10 for the 2009 season. Don't spend it all at once.

I just won a game of Minesweeper for the first time I can remember!

(Don't laugh, I am very pleased with myself right now.)

(And this would have gone on Twitter, but I deleted my Twitter last week, so, your loss.)
Rocket Pictures hopes to make the first Jane Austen adaptation to which men will drag their girlfriends. Will Clark is set to direct "Pride and Predator," which veers from the traditional period costume drama when an alien crash lands and begins to butcher the mannered protags, who suddenly have more than marriage and inheritance to worry about. - Source.

You know what's really funny about my having posted 3 times today? The fact that I sternly told myself this morning that I was not to log onto LJ during work today.
